CARDI begins 2022 with a new offer of virtual courses

The Comprehensive Development Accompaniment and Recovery Center (CARDI) is a project of the Augustinian Recollects in Mexico City focused on providing supportive services to patients and their families in the city's large public health centers, especially those who come from outside the Mexican capital.
CARDI thus offers its beneficiaries a solidary medical dispensary, food vouchers, rest spaces and personal and clothing hygiene, support therapies, listening, advice... It has a building in Colonia Doctores with all the necessary infrastructure to fulfill these functions.
Important to offer all these services in its facilities and even others such as visiting the sick in the same health centers, is its network of volunteers. And with the efforts to create this volunteering network, the CARDI service emerged as a center for training in values and training for quality volunteer service.
The courses for 2022 begin this Monday, January 10, with the conference Depression, the disease with a thousand faces, given by Jesús Edgar Dueñas, a psychologist specializing in addictions and human development. In this case, the workshop has five sessions and is carried out on the Zoom platform.
On Saturday, January 29, from 4 to 6 in the afternoon, the conference Greek female models, and their impact on contemporary women, given by Miguel Ángel Bahena, will take place.
