On Wednesday, March 29, a representation of students from the Club Campestre Coyoacán School Visited and delivered to CARDI a donation of items in kind that they collected at their school to help the operation of this socio-health institution that is highly esteemed in Mexico City.
10 Primary and Secondary students from Club Campestre Coyoacán, accompanied by two teachers from the School, went to CARDI -Accompaniment and Recovery Center for Integral Development- and made a donation in kind of what they managed to collect to support the center.
During their visit Refugio González, director of CARDI, and Guillermo Ramírez, collaborator of the institution, informed the young people and children about the history of the institution, about the social and health work that is carried out with the relatives and patients of the large hospitals nearby and about the training services offered by CARDI regarding the preparation of the volunteers who collaborate in the center.
Through its volunteers, its benefactors and the donations it receives, CARDI is able to continue supporting so many people. During the tour, the boys learned about the facilities and how the spaces are used.
At the end of the tour, the small benefactors enjoyed a small snack while they shared their experience together.
